Each board displays tasks organized into workflow stages — typically columns like To Do, In Progress, In Review, and Done — giving you an at-a-glance view of where every task stands in the development pipeline. Creating a board is simple: provide a name and select the board type (Kanban is the default). Once created, you can add tasks to the board and organize them across columns to reflect their current status. Boards support drag-and-drop interaction for moving tasks between stages, making workflow management intuitive and fast. You can create multiple boards for different projects, repositories, or teams, keeping your work organized in ways that make sense for your specific development workflow and organizational structure.

PrTask boards sync in real time via WebSocket connections, so changes made by any team member are immediately visible to everyone viewing the board.
