PrTask Leaderboard — Rankings, Earnings, and Recognition

The PrTask Leaderboard showcases the top-performing developers and most active clients on the platform. Rankings are determined by objective, verifiable metrics: for developers, the leaderboard tracks the number of pull requests merged and total bounty earnings; for clients (top spenders), it tracks total bounties posted and funded. This dual-view leaderboard gives visibility to both sides of the marketplace, helping developers find active clients and helping clients identify experienced, proven developers.

Developer rankings are based on real accomplishments — every merged pull request and every dollar earned is backed by actual code contributions visible on GitHub. There are no subjective ratings, no client-assigned scores, and no pay-to-rank schemes. The leaderboard updates in real time as pull requests are approved and bounties are paid out. Top earners gain visibility that can lead to more task invitations and higher-value opportunities. PrTask also awards XP points and badges for achievements like completing your first task, earning streaks, and reaching milestone earnings.

The leaderboard serves multiple purposes in the PrTask ecosystem. For new developers, it provides aspirational targets and demonstrates the earning potential of the platform. For clients, it acts as a talent directory where they can discover developers with proven track records of delivering quality code. For the community as a whole, it creates a healthy competitive environment that encourages excellence and continuous improvement. Switch between the Top Earners and Top Spenders tabs to explore both sides of the marketplace and find the developers or clients that best match your needs.
